• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)

• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity

3. Image Data

Product images you upload are stored securely and used solely to generate fashion images for your account. Generated images are stored in your gallery and associated with your account. We do not use your uploaded product images or generated images to train our AI models without explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Cloud / Gemini — AI image generation (images are processed transiently and not retained by Google for model training under our enterprise agreement)
• Email service providers — transactional emails only

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated images are retained in your gallery until you delete them or close your account. We may retain certain data for up to 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use an HttpOnly authentication cookie to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
